The keyword search finds resources that have the exact phrase you enter into the Search field.
For example:
- Entering adjuvant therapy into the Search by Keyword field will find resources with the exact phrase "adjuvant therapy", but not all resource records with both the words "adjuvant" and "therapy".
You can also use AND and OR to find resources with more than one search word that is not restricted to an exact phrase.
For example:
- Use AND (in ALL CAPS) between the search words. For example, adjuvant AND therapy will find all resources that have both adjuvant and therapy in them.
- Use OR (in ALL CAPS) between the search words. For example, adjuvant OR therapy will find all resources that have either adjuvant or therapy in them.
